Teriyaki salmon

This is a super easy and super dooper crummy sauce theat really elevates any simple protein into something really special. Sure salmon is already pretty special but this also works great on chicken and probably pork! It’s also not exactly teriyaki but more my take on these flavours.

Per person:
1/3-1/2 dried chilli diced fine, seeds and all
Tsp lazy ginger
1/3-1/2 finely diced green pepper
Tbsp soy sauce
Small dsp sugar
Zest and juice 1/2 lime

Its sooo simple, mix everything together and add the salmon leaving it to marinade for 15mins to 1hour. Then into a lightly oiled medium high frying pan until the fish is cooked and the sauce is reduced and sticky. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if you are feeling fancy and serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
